Sam will improve a person's game. However, it is a little hard to load and unload from the car. It is a little awkward rolling it to the court using the handles and built in wheels. Finally, the remote is overpriced. The remote is merely a button that turns on and off the machine. A garage door opener does the same for much less of a cost.

Once the machine is on the court and set up it works beautifully. The transporting process is not as easy. It only has two wheels in the front and the handle is on the bottom of the machine. It would probably be better if the machine could be left out or locked in a shed on the court.

I am using the product to learn the Modern Tennis Method basic windshield wiper forehand stroke. The machine has good adjustments for speed, time between balls, and distance. The only drawback for me is the weight of the ball machine. I lift weights and I need a rolling luggage rack to carry the machine. I have a 1992 Honda Accord but the ball machine does NOT fit in the trunk. I have to struggle to put it in the back seat. I do wish the machine was lighter! I am GLAD I bought this ball machine because I can practice and get better with a consistent companion that is ready to play anytime I am.

Easy to use. Not that easy to transport with small wheels. Needs more height adjustment for me. It is a great workout. Highly recommended. Good value. Sweep is good. Very happy with purchase. Would like to have a delay before balls come out just to get set on other side (small request). I think a professional would want 2 lines and random height/sweep.

I actually use it two hours five days each week. I start with forehand in the middle and base court. Then I work on backhand, double and single hand. I follow that up with work at the net and finally serves. I can control where the ball is served by the machine any place on the court(I love it!), height over the net, speed , spin, and best of all the machine does not get tired!! get the message. Lines under machine to use the sweep control does not match on my machine. I would like the option to upgrade for example, remote to start ball and more variety in sweep positions.

This is a solid product especially with the price and functionality taken into consideration. I have not used other ball machines for extended period so its hard to compare. My observation is that this is in general a good machine for intermediate players or players that needs some practice. It is not powerful enough for real advanced players though. I also have the following observation. 1. The ball throwing wheel seems to wear down faster than I would have liked. The surface smoothed out only after a couple weeks of use. 2. The battery charger status light is not always correct. 3. The trajectory adjustment is painful. It takes too many turns to go from the lowest to highest. No one needs that kind of finesse adjustment.

This is a very good tennis ball machine and its an excellent tools to use to improve your ball hitting skills. I like it a lot. The build quality is very good as it builds to last. I only wish that its smaller and lighter without giving up any features.

Overall I love this ball machine. It has every stroke and speed that I would ever need. However, it is really heavy to pick up. I can pick it up by myself but it is a strain. I would recommend 2 people to pick up in some cases. Also, when you are rolling the machine, sometimes it has to be tilted pretty high in order for the bottom not to drag.
